Aetna Navigator™

Aetna Navigator™ is Aetna’s member and consumer self-service website that provides a single source for online health and benefits information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s interactive and easy to use with a variety of transactional and information features. Certain information featured on Aetna Navigator is available to all consumers. And, employees who enroll in one of the Aetna Dental plans can register to be a member of Aetna Navigator and get secure, personalized access to claim and benefit information, as well as the ability to contact their designated member services team and customize their home page to meet their individual health needs.

Aetna Navigator features* include:

  • Review who is covered under your plan
  • View status of your claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements
  • Check Flexible Spending Account status
  • Look up and change your primary care dentist
  • Request member ID cards
  • Access credible health information through Aetna InteliHealth® and the Healthwise® Knowledgebase
  • Receive personalized health and benefits messages
  • Send a secure message to Aetna Member Services at your convenience

In addition to health and benefits information, the password-protected, customized website now features the Compare Hospitals Tool, Estimate Cost of Care Tool, and DocFind® in Spanish.

 

Aetna members who register for Aetna Navigator™ also have access to Healthwise® Knowledgebase, which provides access to clinical information on 1,900 health topics, 600 medical tests and procedures, 500 support groups and 3,000 medications. Healthwise Knowledgebase is designed to encourage informed health decision making, allowing users to better understand treatment options.
