If you choose medical coverage, your benefit package automatically includes:
  • Vision, prescription drug and mental health and substance abuse plans
  • Basic Life and Basic AD&D plans
  • Long Term Disability Plan
  • Long Term Care Plan, basic benefit (if you have 10 or more years of service)

And you may add:

  • Dental
  • Supplemental Life and Supplemental AD&D
  • Voluntary Short Term Disability (for hourly employees, where available)
  • Reimbursement Accounts
  • Long Term Care (if you have less than 10 years of service)
