Care Advocate Team

Your Care Advocate will help you:

• Coordinate the care you receive for acute, chronic or complex medical conditions. Or, if you have a chronic need or have been diagnosed with an illness, CAT can coordinate your ongoing care, and work directly with your doctor to ensure the level of care you receive is right for your needs.
• Listen to your questions and give you answers in easy-to-understand, straight-talk terms so you can make sense of health care details or issues that are confusing or troubling to you.
• Stay in touch with you during an issue or treatment, to check in, find out how you are doing, and provide additional support.
• Get started with the Get Healthy Stay Healthy programs or other services available to you as an Aetna member and Costco employee.
• Connect with public resources and educational programs.

Your Care Advocate will not only recommend programs and services, but will actually help you identify and close gaps in care and educational needs.
