Filling Prescriptions

When you need to fill a prescription, you have a choice:
  • Visit a Costco wholesale pharmacy, show your Aetna ID card and pay a copay
  • Visit a network pharmacy, show your Aetna ID card and pay a copay
  • Visit Costco.com where you can order and have your scripts mailed directly to you

Copay amounts are shown in the Summary of Benefits chart. To find a network pharmacy, use Aetna's DocFind.

You also may fill your prescription at a non-participating pharmacy in an emergency. You'll need to pay the full cost at the time of purchase, then submit a claim form for reimbursement. The plan will reimburse you at the network pharmacy level (see the Summary of Benefits chart).

When you need to fill a long-term prescription (up to a 100-day supply), you may use a Costco location pharmacy or costco.com.
