When you enroll, you'll receive an Aetna ID card. Be sure to carry this card with you at all times and show it when you receive care. The card is printed with your member ID number and the toll-free Aetna Member Services phone number to call when you have questions or need help.
To request an additional or replacement ID card, just call Aetna Member Services at 1-800-814-3543. You also may e-mail your request by logging on to Aetna Navigator at http://www.aetnanavigator.com.
