Immunizations

The prescription drug plan provides benefit coverage for some immunizations if received at a participating Costco Pharmacy. The regular Costco Pharmacy copay applies. Not all Costco Pharmacies are empowered to administer adult immunizations. Employees at locations where the pharmacy is not empowered to administrate adult immunizations can go to another authorized Costco Pharmacy within their area. Below is a full list of covered immunizations:

Tetanus (Tdap) Adacel 11-64 years of age no limitation
Menningitis (MCV4) Menactra 11 years of age or older 2 per lifetime
Hepatitis B Engerix No limitation 4 per lifetime
Twinrix
(Hep A/B)
Twinrix 18 years of age and older 3 per lifetime
