Reimbursements Made Easy

Are you tired of filling out claim forms? Well, with an Aetna FSA we do all the work for you. There are now several reimbursement options to help you get your money quickly and easily. With Aetna's AutoDebit and Streamline features, you can skip the pen and paper. You can also avoid those paper checks with Direct Deposit of your reimbursements.

AutoDebit
This option automatically pays the pharmacist, specifically for members with Aetna pharmacy coverage. It’s a fast, easy, automatic way to pay out-of-pocket pharmacy expenses from your FSA. Pick up your prescription… and go.

Your out-of-pocket costs are drawn directly from your FSA balance, and processed instantly through our real-time interface. AutoDebit is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You pay nothing out-of-pocket at the point of purchase!
Streamline
Streamlining automatically passes a medical, dental, pharmacy, mental health or vision claim processed by Aetna to your FSA, thereby eliminating the need for you to submit a manual claim form.

How it works: You pay your copay or out-of-pocket expense directly to your Health Care provider, who in turn, will initiate the claim. We initiate direct deposit or send you a check from your FSA to reimburse you for your eligible, out-of-pocket expense. You do not have to complete any paperwork.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is fast, convenient and safe with one less trip to the bank. Instead of receiving a check, have your reimbursements deposited right into your bank account.

Direct Deposit may be used for health care and/or dependent care reimbursements. To have your FSA reimbursements directly deposited to your bank account, simply complete the Direct Deposit Form. You can also enroll, change or cancel your direct deposit account information on Aetna Navigator. Click here to see how.
