Is your doctor in Aetna's network? Where is the closest participating pharmacy? How can you find a primary care physician or primary care dentist? DocFind has the answers.

DocFind is Aetna's online provider directory. You can access it directly or through Aetna Navigator. Updated three times a week , DocFind gives you the most recent information on Aetna's network doctors, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and other providers. You can search for a doctor by zip code and put in the number of miles you're willing to travel. You can also search by type of doctor (PCP or specialist, for example) or you can enter the name of a doctor to find out if he or she belongs to the network.

Using DocFind is easy. Just click here and click on Enter DocFind. Then provide the information requested. When you are asked to "Select a Plan," choose the plan name that is listed on your Aetna ID card.

For each provider, DocFind provides information about his or her credentials and practice, including education, board certification, languages spoken, office location and hours, and parking and handicapped access.
