You can use Aetna Navigator's tools and services by selecting the following at the top menu bar:

Benefits: Here you'll find information about your Aetna plan, family members covered under the plan, and the care management, wellness and health improvement programs included with the plan.

Claims and Balances: Here you'll check the status of a claim, find out about claim payments, view Explanation of Benefits statements, and check your health fund balance.

Requests and Changes: This is where you take care of personal benefits business such as requesting a replacement ID card, printing a claim form, making changes to personal information such as your email and regular mailing addresses. You can also email Member Services from here.
